I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in the state of North Carolina. I am experienced working with diverse individuals such as; children, adolescents, and adults in both the criminal justice system and mental health. I have assisted individuals and families with maneuvering through depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, ADD/ADHD and helping to promote growth.

I believe in doing the work of healing is not just an inside job, it is also an outside one. When elevating yourself you will have to let go of people, places and things that are not in alignment with growth. Growth means learning to discern between what is right for you and what has the potential to disrupt your healing. Thank you for allowing me to help you promote growth and healing.
