I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. I graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with my Bachelors in Human Service Studies and obtained my Masters in Education in Counseling and Development - Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Winthrop University.

I strive to provide a safe and empowering space for individuals who struggle to create that space for themselves. Providing the tools for clients to see their strengths while growing and healing from their experiences is my ultimate goal. I am a dedicated psychotherapist with experience working with kids, teens and young adults. I am passionate about helping individuals with self-esteem, women’s issues, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I want to provide my clients with not only a safe space but also a brave space where they can continue to grow into the individuals they strive to be.
