I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in the state of North Carolina. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Kentucky, with my undergraduate studies in Art Education, and my Master’s in Social Work. I am a firm believer in the healing power of art. When words fall short, creative expression can bridge the gap, facilitating deeper understanding and emotional release. When possible, I integrate art therapy techniques and other creative modalities into sessions.

Therapy should be a refuge where you can learn, grow, heal, and navigate life's complexities. I bring experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. My passion lies in mental health education and equipping individuals with practical tools for improved daily living.

I specialize in supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional awareness, and defining healthy relationships. My aim is to create a therapeutic environment that empowers you to reach your goals.
