I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health CounselorSupervisor in the state of North Carolina. I have over 24 years of experience in the mental health field. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings addressing an array of mental health and behavioral issues including but not limited to: issues related to symptoms of anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, challenges with family dynamics, grief/loss, trauma, attention disorders, interpersonal relationships, body image, disordered eating and substance abuse. I use an eclectic approach with a foundation of person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy.
My passion is building connections with people. I will take the time to build a relationship of trust and understanding in order to best support you. It would be an honor to be apart of your journey.
Currently I am working with teenagers and adults providing individual therapy.
I am also available for clinical supervision.
