I am passionately committed to helping individuals transform their relationship with therapy. My heart is deeply invested in empowering children and adolescents, but embracing everyone is monumental. I firmly believe in normalizing the truth that it's okay not to be okay and embracing our shared humanity. I envision a world where mental health is openly discussed and wholeheartedly accepted, where everyone has access to the support they need, and where seeking help is celebrated as a profound act of strength and courage.
